I’ve been going to Zapped since the beginning—8 years. I’ve always been “in shape” due to running cross country and playing baseball, but I always got bored with just going to the gym. Since going here, it’s different every day and makes it so much easier to stay consistent. I’ve made so many friends. Tyler is one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet, and he and the other coaches are always willing to help find movement options that best fit your fitness level. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to “get fit” and get healthy!!
